We have prevented 87.1 tonnes of plastic and paper waste from reaching landfills, contributing to a cleaner environment.
Furthermore, our commitment to responsible sourcing is evident as over 95% of all seafood we use is sustainably sourced from the SASSI green list, reflecting our dedication to environmentally friendly practices.
Our commitment to training and development is evident through over 40,000 interventions, with our Learning and Development spend accounting for 4.2% of the annual leviable amount.
We have received an impressive 82% global benchmark score for our people practices as a Certified Top Employer in South Africa. Our dedication to diversity is demonstrated by our 60% female workforce, including 42.3% female representation in Senior Management. Client satisfaction is paramount, with an average score of 82% and a remarkable 95% client retention rate.
We actively support local communities through partnerships with over 200 certified local-to-local community suppliers, and we have invested over $32.2 million USD in total domestic spend on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across Africa. Our commitment to social impact is further evident in the implementation of over 70 CSR projects spanning eight African countries.
