Tsebo Solutions Group, once again, has achieved remarkable success at the prestigious PMR Awards. This achievement can be attributed to the diligence, commitment, client-centricity, and care displayed by our exceptional team members who form the heart of our organization. Now in their 34th year, the PMR Awards 2023 are the culmination of PMR Africa’s annual national survey on Contract Facilities Management Companies and Contract Cleaning Companies in South Africa. In the first survey, the respondents were asked to rate facilities management companies based on perceptions, with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and satisfaction across a range of 21 attributes, in the second, respondents were asked to rate contract cleaning companies on the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the companies they rated, across 27 attributes.
