Tsebo Facilities Solutions has yet again been recognised as the best External Facilities Management provider in South Africa for the 5th year in succession. Andrew Mason, Tsebo Facilities Solutions Director, was at the Business Leaders breakfast hosted by PMR Africa on the 16th September to accept the award on behalf of Tsebo FS.
After receiving the award Andrew said that “Tsebo Facilities Solutions are particularly proud and grateful to be recognised as the leader in the industry again this year as the award is based on the view of our service, by our customers. I would like to acknowledge our operational teams who have worked extremely hard to improve our performance, consistency and service experience. They will be honoured at being recognised as the highest rated FM within the industry”.
The award is based on independent research conducted by PMR and was won by Tsebo FS in the face of intense competition from other industry challengers such as Broll and Bidvest Facilities Management.
Tsebo Facilities Solutions has remained the highest rated External FM Company in South Africa since 2012 when we received the 1st Golden Arrow award. This was followed in 2013 when we were the first FM Company to receive the Diamond Arrow award in South Africa. Tsebo retains the Diamond Arrow Award in 2016 for the fourth year in succession but we need to be aware that we will need to perform even better and raise the bar even higher to ensure that we retain the award in 2017.
The PMR Africa awards are held annually and are based on a detailed survey is conducted by PMR Africa, in order to establish the outstanding companies in their field. The survey for External Facility Management Companies is based on the perceptions of respondents regarding the attributes, strengths and the value added by their provider.
This award will serve as a continuing tribute to our hard working team members.
