Tsebo Solutions Group FM is pleased to welcome Redefine (www.redefine.co.za) as one of our first new clients of 2015! Redefine owns and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail property. Among its many tenants are some of SA’s leading companies including ABSA, Discovery Health, Edcon, Eversheds, Foschini, Mr Price, Pepkor and Shoprite.
In line with its strategy of ensuring great customer service to both tenants and stakeholders, Redefine is uncompromising when it comes to occupational health and safety within its properties. To this end, it chose to appoint Tsebo Solutions Group FM – highly experienced in this area – to manage all aspects of the Redefine inland portfolio’s official OH&S Compliance.
Since 1 January 2015, Nicky Els (Tsebo Solutions Group National Compliance Manager) has headed up the implementation of the contract. She has appointed Khulekani Mbatha (Compliance Manager) and Humphrey Makgopa (Quality Controller) to oversee the diverse OHS requirements of 253 client buildings. No small task – but rather a big challenge that our Tsebo Solutions Group team is passionate about undertaking.
